I remember years ago being high in the Manastash Ridge/Canyon area, somewhere just east of Quartz Mountain, out in the trees. And there was still un-melted snow in the trees and this was June, with massive amounts of mosquitoes; it was awful frankly. I expect some places to be snowy in deeper foliage, even in July as the higher elevations, about 4500 feet, just got pounded with feet upon feet of snow this winter.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08706215589058216998noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7478606652950905956.post-52017305061651723962016-04-08T05:00:01.258-07:002016-04-08T05:00:01.258-07:00Only 70 at the Admiralty inlet.

Until I moved down here, I never realized that Portland was 5 to 10 degrees warmer in sunny weather than the Puget Sound area.Doug Jhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08076152894848919844noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7478606652950905956.post-79903554875039265262016-04-07T13:21:17.621-07:002016-04-07T13:21:17.621-07:00Hi Cliff,

There appears to be a lot of locations in the foothills that went down to 37-41 degrees last night and that are now above 84 - crazy daily changes!

KevinKevinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17430621070111919704noreply@blogger.com
